The Airsho began with the vision to develop the Amigo Airsho in 1981 with the foresight of founding members: Dick and Suzie Azar, Sandi Brown, Nathan Goldman, Jean Kahn, John McGuire, Alan Russell and Dario Toffenetti. Their dream was to create a fun way to bring the community together in celebration of all of the wonders of aviation. For 31 years, the Airsho has been paying homage to the men and women of the Armed Forces and education in the El Paso region on all aspects of air and space travel. From inception, the non-profit, 501 (3) C Amigo Airsho has soared because of the dedication of the volunteers
