Exclusive Pavilion tables (seating for 10) - Catered by Rudy's, full bar and reserved seating - $1,000.00 per table.

Amigo Chalet tickets include flight line seating, theatre style seating, catering by Fuddrucker's, beverage tickets for beer and sodas. Space is limited, so purchase tickets early!

VIP Chalet tickets include exclusive flight line seating, tables and chairs, catering by Rudy's, and beverages to include beer, wine, a cocktail of the day and sodas.

*Flight line (Amigo Chalet and VIP chalet) seating includes 1 meal and limited beverages.
** Amigo Chalet children under 6 must purchase a meal ticket for $5 at the Amigo chalet, day of, in order for the child to eat. ***VIP Chalet children under 6 must purchase a meal ticket for $10 at the VIP Chalet, day of, in order for the child to eat.

PARKING

All patrons will enter through the Global Reach entrance. Once in gate, General Admission traffic will be directed to the left and Chalet Patron traffic will be directed to the right. From each parking lot, shuttles will be taken and dropped off at the Airsho Entrance.

Amigo Airsho Inc. is committed to providing the Paso del Norte region, a unique bi-cultural area, with innovative, safe and exciting aerial performances, as well as other fun family activities. Our organization is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of aviation and of the military to our nation and, more importantly, to our region. Amigo Airsho strives to increase our community's capacity for volunteer involvement and supports efforts of other non-profit organizations through fund-raising opportunities.

Mission Statement
Amigo Airsho Inc., coordinated by civilian volunteers and staged on a military base, provides premiere family entertainment that enriches West Texas, New Mexico and Northern Mexico.

HISTORY OF AMIGO AIRSHO

The airsho began with the vision to develop the Amigo Airsho in 1981 with the foresight of founding members: Dick and Suzie Azar, Sandi Brown, Nathan Goldman, Jean Kahn, John McGuire, Alan Russell and Dario Toffenetti. Their dream was to create a fun way to bring the community together in celebration of all of the wonders of aviation. For 29 years, the Airsho has been paying homage to the men and women of the Armed Forces and education in the El Paso region on all aspects of air and space travel. From inception, the non-profit, 501 (3) C Amigo Airsho has soared because of the dedication of the volunteers.

2012 marks El Paso's 31st Amigo Airsho! - El Paso's premier family event. Through its acts and exhibits, the Airsho educates the public by allowing them to actually experience aviation's history from its barnstorming days to the present. Amigo Airsho averages 70,000-100,000 attendees each year.

ICAS CONVENTION

The International Council of Air Shows held its first convention in 1967. Since then, the air show community has gathered year to exchange ideas, conduct business and begin the process of planning the upcoming air show season. This year, the ICAS Convention will be held in December at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. ICAS expects between 1,500 and 1,600 air show professionals to attend the 2011 ICAS Convention.
